Custom Made Political Campaign Buttons

The campaign of 1896 between William McKinley and William Jennings Bryan, made widespread use of political campaign buttons. Whitehead and Hoag, a company based in Newark, NJ, first patented political buttons in 1896.

Their initial popularity was spurred by the McKinley-Bryan presidential campaign as well as by manufacturers eager to advertise their products in a new and creative manner. During WWI, lithographed custom made campaign buttons (printed directly on tin) were invented in Chicago to promote war rationing campaigns.

Set Up:

One time charge of $20.00 per artwork.
For Bobble Button Setup:
One time charge of $100 per artwork for stock button size and bobble shapes
$300 die charge for custom bobble shapes.

Delivery Information:

Seven (7) days on items (in stock) after the artwork has been approved.
For Bobble Button Deliver time is 10 days from art approval for stock shapes. For custom shapes 15 days delivery required after artwork has been approved.
